Please Read This Section Carefully Before You Sign Up

GENERAL

Programs: All

- All programs except Drop-In sessions are monthly subscription plans that will be billed monthly via your debit or credit card.

- Your account will be charged the same amount on the day you signed up every month until cancellation.

- There will be no session refunds or carry-overs as all programs are flexible monthly subscription plans.
- You can cancel your monthly subscription plan at any time with no hidden fees or extra charges.

- To cancel your subscription plan, please let your coach know at least three (3) days prior to your renewal date, not after it renews.

- You may be photographed or recorded during your session, please inform the coach if you do not agree to this.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice.

- Your continued use of this site will constitute an agreement to all modified Terms & Conditions and legalities.

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING

Programs: LeanFit Lifestyle / Drop-In

- Semi-private coaching members must book their sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid booking unavailability.

- Session rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid it being forfeited.
- Members who are unable to finish on time may be asked to clear the main training floor for the next session.

- Members are advised to come in at least 15 minutes earlier to warm up so the session can start on time.
- Drop-In participants who fail to complete payment are not guaranteed a spot in the coaching session.

- Drop-In participants who fail to show up during their scheduled session will forfeit their payment.

PERSONAL COACHING

Programs: Action / Bold / Commit

- Personal coaching clients must book their session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid booking unavailability.

- Session rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid it being forfeited.
- Clients who are unable to finish on time may be asked to clear the main training floor for the next session.

- Clients are advised to come in at least 15 minutes earlier to warm up so the session can start on time.

- Clients who fail to show up during their scheduled session will forfeit their session.

REMOTE COACHING

Programs: Starter / Premium / Ultimate

- Remote coaching clients must book their session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid booking unavailability.*
- Session rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid it being forfeited.
- Clients are advised to warm up in their own facility at least 15 minutes earlier so the session can start on time.
- Clients who fail to show up during their scheduled session will forfeit that session.

* Subject to programs with remote coaching sessions via Zoom.
