Everything You Need To Know About Our Programs

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

CAN I JOIN IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES?

All Built By Habits programs, be it Semi-Private, Personal, or Remote Coaching are created for individuals from any fitness level. Your training will be carefully crafted to suit your pace. In other words, everything will be scaled according to your abilities.

WHEN CAN I SEE RESULTS?

If you have been cleared by your medical professional, by all means, join us! If you have a specific medical issue, please include that in the 'Free Consultation' form. We have a list of specialized medical partners that we can direct you to based on your condition.

WILL I LOSE MY RESULTS WHEN I STOP?

It depends on how consistent you are with these three things; your physical training, nutrition habits, and self-love (rest and relaxation). Like achieving any other goal, your fitness also requires the same amount of effort. When all of that is in place, you will be able to see noticeable results within six months to a year. #Truth #NoBS

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAMS?

It depends on how well you can sustain your newfound habits. Once you've learned how to move, eat, and live better, keeping your results will be second nature. Our programs will teach you to train, fuel, and manage stressors effectively. With these three things, you will be able to achieve sustainable results that can last a lifetime.

HOW DO I JOIN A PROGRAM?

Our training programs, be it Semi-Private, Personal, or Remote Coaching all come with carefully crafted training routines, nutrition guidance, overall progress tracking, and accountability check-ins for assigned habits, body weight, and progress photos. The difference is the amount of personalization and coaching delivery method.

HOW MUCH ARE THE COACHING FEES?

Go to the 'Bookings' tab. Select your preferred program. Then, book your first session and complete the payment process. Alternatively, you can also hop on a call with the coach via the 'Free Consultation' button to find your ideal program. You will be required to fill in an assessment form which will take less than five minutes only.

DO YOU TAKE CASH PAYMENTS?

Depending on your preferred program, it will range from RM1,650 to RM50. To get a better picture of our flexible coaching fee, it's best to figure out what type of coaching you want first. Check out our main 'Programs' tab for more information.

HOW DO I BOOK A COACHING SESSION?

No, we don't have a cash payment option as all of our systems are online. All our payments are made via debit or credit card. You can conveniently use your Visa or Mastercard for that. Also, there will be no extra charges or hidden fees for your payments.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY BOOKED SESSIONS?

Go to the 'Bookings' tab and select 'Book Now' on the program you have subscribed to. Choose your preferred timing, fill in a quick info form, complete the payment process, and you're done. For existing members, you can log in before selecting your session. Alternatively, you can also book your sessions on the go via Spaces By Wix app. Most members find the latter more convenient.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE COACHING APP?

You can either log in to your profile via the 'Log In' button on the top right corner of your screen or through the Spaces By Wix app. Go to your 'My Bookings' section and you will be able to see upcoming and previously booked sessions there. This is where you can also reschedule, cancel your bookings, and easily book them again.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

The Built By Habits Coaching app is an exclusively pocket coach that's available to members only. To gain access, complete the registration and payment process, then your coach will send over your login details. After that, download the app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or access it via the 'Coaching App' tab on your computer. The former is more convenient.

WHERE IS BUILT BY HABITS LOCATED AT?

Let your coach know about your decision at least three days before your renewal date and it will be canceled. FYI, we do not freeze or carry over unused sessions in your account as our programs are monthly subscriptions. In addition, there will be no B.S cancellation fees charged to your card.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE FACILITY?

For the ones who wish to join our in-person Semi-Private and Personal Coaching sessions, we only do remote coaching sessions for now. The facility that will house our coaching sessions in the future will be in the Woolloongabba suburb of Brisbane. The exact location will be updated here when logistics are sorted.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE?

We're located inside the training facility called TBC (To Be Confirmed). Walk towards the glass door, ring the doorbell, and we'll be with you shortly (when the location is confirmed, of course). You can choose to take the elevator or stairs. The latter warms you up real quick and is highly recommended by your coach!

IS THERE A SHOWER AT THE FACILITY?

You can park right in front of the facility where there is an ample amount of public parking spaces. It's easy to get a spot when you come during weekday mornings and throughout the day on weekends. Just remember to lock your vehicle.

Yes, there are two showers for each gender, a changing room, and even a water machine for your convenience. It's best to bring your own toiletries though. If you need to get to work by a certain time, please let the coach know so he can send you to the showers A.S.A.P.
