Experience our LeanFit or OlyLift programs that include a variety of movements that will get you to break a sweat, get leaner, and be fitter. This program is ideal for people who want to improve all aspects of their fitness; mind, body, and performance in a smaller group setting.

PERSONAL COACHING
Based On Availability
Get undivided attention with our one-on-one sessions! No crowds, just you and the coach, working closely together on your training and nutrition program. Aside from the privacy and personalization, you get to schedule sessions based on your preferred timing and location. This program is ideal for people who want specialized programming for fast-tracked results.
Available options:
- Action: 1x Per Week (RM650 /month)
- Bold: 2x Per Week (RM1,150 /month)
- Commit: 3x Per Week (RM1,650 /month)
Add-on for door-to-door coaching:
- In-Home Action: 1x Per Week (RM200 /month)
- In-Home Bold: 2x Per Week (RM360 /month)
- In-Home Commit: 3x Per Week (RM480 /month)
REMOTE COACHING

Any Where
Schedule your own training session anywhere and anytime with our remote coaching program! You will be kept accountable and given daily feedback via our coaching app and video calls. Plus, you'll get your own personalized program that can be done at home or in the gym. This program is ideal for people who want a budget-friendly way to work with us.
Available options:
- Starter: Base Program (RM215 /month)
- Premium: Base Program + Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions (RM420 /month)
- Ultimate: Base Program + Weekly Coaching Sessions (RM625 /month)
All Built By Habits coaching programs are monthly subscription plans that are flexible.

HOW TO GET STARTED
A Step-By-Step Guide On Booking Your First Coaching Session
STEP 1: FIND YOUR IDEAL PROGRAM
Scroll up to the main 'Program' page to get an overview of all Built By Habits programs. If you need more info, just tap or click on the 'See Program Details' buttons.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED PROGRAM
Once you've understood how each of the respective programs works, choose your preferred one via the 'Sign Up' button. You'll be directed to the 'Bookings' tab where you'll find all the available monthly plans there.
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION
On the 'Bookings' page, tap or click on your preferred program and start booking your first session. Select 'Buy A Pricing Plan' to move on to the next part.
STEP 4: SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR PREFERRED OPTION
You'll be asked to Sign Up or Log In to complete your registration process. Furnish the registration form with your accurate personal details to create a Built By Habits account to keep track of your bookings.
STEP 5: COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION
This is the last step! A pop-up message will appear once you've successfully signed up for a Built By Habits account. Click on 'Buy Now' and you'll be directed to a secured page where you can make payment with your debit or credit card.

- Subsequent Bookings
The next time you want to book your sessions, head over to the 'Bookings' tab, log in on the top right corner, and book your session. You can also book your sessions on your smartphone!

- Bookings On Your Smartphone
To book on-the-go on, download the Spaces By Wix app on Google Play Store or Apple Store. Log in with the same ID and password and voilà! Everything is now at your fingertips!
- Drop-Ins Bookings
To experience our drop-in sessions for the LeanFit and OlyLift sessions without committing to a monthly subscription, go to Bookings > Semi-Private Coaching > Select Class > Book It.
