HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you decide to join us, your coach will gather a few personal information regarding your goals, medical history, eating preference, and such via an online form. We then use this information to create your truly personalized training and nutrition program, which we will keep you accountable for a set period of time (if your goal is time-sensitive).

Your training and nutrition program will be delivered via our exclusive Built By Habits Coaching app, which you will gain access to after completing the initial assessment and payment process. To log in to your account, key in your email and temporary details sent to your registered email address. You can download the app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can also log in via the 'Coaching App' tab on this site too.

Your first two weeks of training will be used to gauge your abilities and relevant thresholds. If you're unsure of the movements prescribed, you will be able to follow along with our in-app video guides, complete with detailed written cues. You can also submit videos of your movements to get the coach to check your form. As for your nutrition, we will provide a guideline based on your preference and lifestyle. Your adherence will then be tracked via our in-app photo food log or our MyFitnessPal integration. Do note that all feedback will be given within the day.

After your testing period, expect to be challenged and held more accountable as you get better. However, don't worry as the intensity can be tweaked based on how you feel that day to prevent under-recovery and injury. We say this as we care for the sustainability of your fitness lifestyle. Your safety will always be our number one priority.

Lastly, at the start of each week and day, we'll measure your progress via photo and weight check-ins respectively, all done conveniently in-app. By the end of three to six months, you'll be better in all aspects of your fitness and physical goals, given if you're consistent with the physical training, nutrition habits, and recovery (rest and relaxation).

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

The program includes the following:

 

- Up to 4x per month one-to-one remote coaching session*
- 24/7 Access to your coach
- Customized training program
- Customized nutrition guidelines
- Initial virtual movement screening (if needed)
- Accountability check-ins
- Progress tracking

* Only applicable to the Premium and Ultimate option with remote coaching sessions via Zoom.

** This is ideal for those who want to get live remote coaching once every two or four weeks.

HOW MUCH ARE THE FEES?

You have three options to choose from. The Starter program (RM215), Premium program (RM420), and Ultimate program (RM625). All are automated monthly subscriptions that renew on the day you sign up.

In the event that you choose to stop your monthly subscription, there will be no cancelation fee because we don't believe in that kind of B.S. That said, there will be no freezing of accounts as well.

WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

Go to the 'Bookings' tab > 'Remote Coaching' > 'Book Now' > 'Book First Session' > 'Buy A Pricing Plan'.

You'll be asked to Sign Up or Log In to complete your registration process. Furnish the registration form with your personal details. After that, complete the payment process and you're good to go!

​

By the way, the 'Book First Session' step is simply a formality for the system. You can choose whichever time as it doesn't matter.

HOW DO I BOOK MY COACHING SESSIONS IN THE FUTURE?

If you have chosen the option with remote coaching session(s) via Zoom, you can either book it through the website or our members-only mobile app via Spaces By Wix. An invitation link will be sent to you once your registration is completed. We recommend booking through the app as it's the most convenient method.

If you do choose to book through the site, here's how you can do it:

Go to the 'Bookings' tab > 'Remote Coaching' > 'Book Now' > 'Select Log In' > 'Book Your Prefered Timing'.
