Refund Policy: Text

General

- To qualify for a refund, please inform your coach about your cancellation at least three (3) days before your renewal, not after. This is also stated in the Terms & Conditions.

- Unused coaching sessions from any Personal Coaching packages due to the coach's unavailability will be refunded by the end of the calendar month.


- Cancellations of Semi-Private coaching sessions for Drop-In members within 24 hours before start time will be fully refunded.

- In the event of lockdowns due to any virus outbreaks, coaching fees will be refunded based on the announced duration.

- All refunds will be made to either your registered debit or credit card.


Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


- Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at coachshawn@builtbyhabits.com.
