Service Description
Experience our educational technique-focused coaching session that teaches you how to move better and safer with the Olympic Weightlifting movements. Each session covers a different movement; the main competition lifts such as the clean, jerk, and snatch as well as a variety of strength and conditioning accessory movements. This is ideal for those who are interested in building a strong foundation to lift and live longer with the sport. This program includes: - 1x one-to-six coaching session * Subject to available time slots. ** Based on a first-come-first-serve basis with compulsory bookings.
